Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payments

• A minimum of 25% advance payment is mandatory for booking confirmation, which guarantees your hotel deluxe stay and AC transport vehicle.
• Remaining balances must be cleared in full before the tour completes. Cash and online UPI transfers are acceptable.

2. Extra Charges & Modifications

Any deviations, extra sightseeing requests, waiting hours, or additional travel distance beyond the pre-agreed itinerary will incur extra charges. Additional night stays due to train/flight delays or personal requests are charged separately.

3. Boating & Outdoor Excursions

Narmada boating (at Omkareshwar) is subject to environmental conditions and local police permits. If boating is suspended by municipal authorities during high water levels or peak festivals, boat ticket components remain non-deductible and non-refundable.

4. Child Policy

Children above 7 years are considered chargeable guests. Seat reservations, meals, and VIP darshan passes are applicable.

5. Crowd Management & Temple Trust Rules

During festivals (such as Shravan, Mahashivratri, or long weekends), the temple trusts control queue lengths, timings, and VIP pass permissions. Ujjain Omkar Darshan Tours acts only as a coordinate coordinator; we cannot override the rules set by local administrators or temple trusts.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Advance deposits are used to secure non-refundable bookings for hotels and passes. In the case of missed trains, late arrivals, or early departure due to personal issues, booking deposits are non-refundable.
